JXCirrus CalCount

JXCirrus CalCount is a food and exercise diary designed for people who are in the process of losing weight, tracking their exercise, or just want to watch what they are eating.

  • Record all of the food that you eat in a day.
  • Builds up a list of your own foods to make searching a snap.
  • Once you have identified your most common foods, you can record an entire meal with only a few clicks of the mouse.   Entering a whole day need only take a couple of minutes.

Important: If you downloaded JXCirrus CalCount from the Apple App Store, or the Microsoft Store, you must use in-app purchase within the app to buy add ons, not this site.

Features in the Diary+ Add-In

The Diary+ add on for JXCirrus CalCount gives you a whole set of additional features:

 

  • Meal planning mode allows you to enter meals as far into the future as you want and see how they look against your targets.

  • Convert suggestions into planned meals or exercise.

  • Set up extra meals and exercise sessions during the day.

  • The Summary page shows you information as far back as you like (not just 1 week).

  • You can configure the summary graph on the home page for any period of time (not just 1 week).

  • In your food list, bad foods (foods that would take you over your daily limits) are shown in red.   Good foods (foods that will help you get your RDI, such as foods high in fibre) are shown in green.

  • Adds a colour-coded "Remaining" row to the Diary page showing how you are going for the day with each nutrient.  This also colour codes the targets display on the Home page.

  • The details view for exercises will show all records of that exercise (not just the last 10).

  • Set the number of suggestions shown to meet your day targets.
